Founded in 2009, Hongtian Apparel has grown from a small workshop to a leading apparel manufacturing facility specializing in EU/US size shapewear, underwear and casual wear production.

Our 5000+ square meter manufacturing facility in Guangzhou is equipped with state-of-the-art sewing and production equipment, operated by a team of skilled professionals with extensive experience in international apparel manufacturing.

2009

Company Founded

Hongtian Apparel established as a small family-owned workshop specializing in basic underwear production for local markets.

2012

First Export Order

Secured our first international order for EU market, expanding production capabilities and quality control processes.

2015

New Factory Facility

Moved to a 3000 sqm factory with advanced sewing equipment, doubling production capacity to 75,000 pieces/month.

2018

Shapewear Production Line

Launched specialized shapewear production line, becoming a key supplier for several US shapewear brands.

2020

Facility Expansion

Expanded to 5000+ sqm facility with 80+ sewing machines, increasing monthly capacity to 150,000+ pieces.

Our services include OEM and ODM underwear production, sample development, and bulk order manufacturing. Backed by a strong resource network and an experienced technical team, we cover a full range of underwear categories, including seamless underwear, erotic lingerie, tummy control panties, shaping pants, and other segments. With more than 15 years of experience in fashion design, she specializes in the design and development of EU/US size apparel. Familiar with the aesthetic needs and size standards of the EU and US markets, she can accurately capture fashion trends, perfectly integrate design creativity with market demands, and create high-quality clothing styles that fit the target market.

Production Manager

With 18 years of practical experience in production management, he is well-versed in the whole-process control of apparel production. He is good at optimizing production processes and integrating production resources, always taking efficiency and high quality as the core goals, strictly controlling every link of production, and ensuring that product quality meets standards and delivery is timely.

International Sales Manager

As the International Sales Manager, she is fluent in English and Spanish, familiar with the global apparel market layout and customer needs.
